  Heat did not appear to be even on in the building...it's 4°F. Well done. Soda machine in the lobby doesn't work, so they had to get the soda from the back. Gave me the wrong one. Fries were cold and burgers were warmish because the girl at the counter put thet fries in the bag way too soon and the burgers apparently sat on the side for a while. She seemed to struggle with just a couple of kids meals while my food sat getting cold. She asked for help...from a guy that was juggling 6 orders in drive thru. Wendy's has some unique things in fast food. The one in Sun Prairie is always good. This one is the worst of the worst. I was surprised it only took 10+ minutes actually, but there was only one person ahead of me. I feel bad for everyone else that came in after.

  Well , let's start off with I go through the drive through and no lights are on so I couldn't read the screen , secondly I make it to the window try to give Krista my payment but she only snatches the ten and close the window but didn't take the change so I asks for my solid dollar she she slams the window and screams for a key when I get my food I order a 6piece nugget only get 5 ???? She corrects the mistake ... but still has an attitude .... what happen to Customer service ....
