    I love Asiana! Every time I've been here I've had an amazing time and amazing food. Eating at the hibachi is so much fun, but make sure you get a reservation on popular nights. It's kind of uncomfortable eating at the same table as other people when they're busy and place you together, but totally worth it. Amazing food and entertainment, great experience, friendly staff.

    Went on Friday 3.31.2017 with the family total of 6 had a great time and enjoyed the show at the hibachi table. My kids love this place and we have went several times and have enjoyed them all. I usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to for this experience I had on Friday. Everything went as planned, good food, good staff, good atmosphere, but as i was walking out the door the waitress stopped me and said Sir please review your tip, you have a party of six and gratuity was included in the final price... Not knowing that it was added when i received the bill because we were all talking at the table and i just gave her my CC for the bill and signed off and entered the appropriate tip. So I cancelled my tip and gave her 20 in cash for her honesty.. Will definitely be back

    I was treated SO rudely I would not recommend anyone to go here! I even sent an email to the management and surprise surprise I never heard back.
    They stop serving lunch at 2:30 and I came at 2:20 last Thursday. The hostess sat me and said "it's still before 2:30 so I'll get you a seat." I was by myself and sat at the sushi bar. I could hear the sighs from the staff even though there was another woman sitting at the sushi bar and another table of 4 laughing away. The waiter came up and just stood there, didn't say anything and sighed under his breath. He waited until I gave my order. I knew I had to decide quickly so I went with the 2 roll lunch special which came with a side salad. He said "Water to drink?" (as if I even had an option at that point given his negative attitude) I said "yes please" and he turned around and left. After he punched it into the computer I heard the ticket print up in the kitchen and again, a loud sigh of disappointment from the staff. A few minutes later I was brought my salad, which looked very skimpy, but I ate it without complaining. Then the sushi chef came out. I could tell he was annoyed that I was making him work but in addition to that he came out in his large, puffy, winter jacket so he could make a point to let me know that I was annoying him. After he finished making my rolls (which were very basic Yellowtail Roll, and Spicy Salmon roll) he plopped them on the high counter and made me get up and get them. I hurried to eat them as I could tell I was not welcome there. I asked for a small box and the check. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes which was only 10 minutes after they stopped serving lunch.
    Now I can tell you coming from someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years that I would have NEVER treated a customer like this and not only was it 1 person it was everyone. If they thought it was too close to them being done with lunch the hostess should have told me and I would have been just fine with it and went elsewhere, but when you seat me you are accepting to provide customer service and a meal that's worth the $11+ I paid (which included a tip that was not deserved). I had emailed the manager and told them about my experience of which I have never heard back. I also told them that we take large groups of people there from my work quite frequently and I have told all my staff and management to not go there anymore. This is what you get for not showing any respect to paying customers. That's at least a $1,000/month income cut that this cost them. I would recommend going to Fujiama before ever going back here.

    I enjoyed my experiences here except for some impersonal wait staff. Make staff improvements snd this is 5 star. I have always enjoyed the food.

    We came with a party of 7 plus a baby for my nephew's birthday. We were sat at a table with 6 other people for hibachi. Half of our party couldn't even see the hibachi table. We asked to be moved but were told no. After us a party of 6 Sat on their own. Then a party of 4 and then a party of only 2! Will not be back.
